Project Details and Objective

With his retirement in the near future, this client hoped to enhance the condition and visual appeal of the building for when that day came. Since the bank had purchased the building, nothing had been updated on the inside, and because the world of banking is constantly changing, some rooms were no longer needed, and others needed simply a refresh.

The goal in partnering with Unique Ambiance was to give the building a more professional, modern look while successfully reflecting the bank's branding. Just a few of the requested updates included a more private area for board meetings and dinners and a higher, brighter, more open food space.

Services Provided

  • Conducted an in-depth design consultation to better understand the client's vision and goals for the project

  • Handled overall project management from inception to completion

  • Used original architectural drawings to propose solutions for opening up load-bearing walls, optimizing furniture layout, blending diverse flooring types, and strategically placing art elements

  • Drew detailed elevations, lighting layouts, and optional floor plans to scale, narrowed them down, and implemented them

  • Selected, ordered, and applied the following: new countertops, cabinetry, paint colors, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing features, wall mount vanities, appliances, furniture, art and accessories

  • Created mood boards for each of the final selections

  • Regularly visited and communicated with everyone involved, ensuring the project was moving according to schedule

  • Provided subcontractors specifications of materials and drawings of the finished product 

  • Submitted and approved bids aligning with client's budget

“When I first met Cindy, we were contemplating a complete remodel of our 22,000 square foot main banking facility.  The building was built in the 80’s and still gave that vibe so we really needed help.  I began my discussion with Cindy by saying I have no idea what we want, but I’ll know it when I see it, how’s that for direction?  Cindy went through every aspect of the project and provided us with a sample board of every detail to include lighting, flooring, furniture, signage and accessories.
