My Process

  • I work best when I am able to understand your vision. Let's talk about what you have in mind, what your goals and budget are, and how we can work together to make it possible. We will schedule a time to meet to go over your plans for your new build or to walk through your existing space.

  • I am a visual person, and being in the space or looking over the architectural plans helps me see what we are working with. Plus, this allows us to meet and talk about your project in greater detail while brainstorming possibilities and going over the level of service you will need. If we are discussing a remodel, I will take pictures and dimensions while I am there.

  • Remodel: I will draw your current plan to scale, and based on our conversation, I will recreate every functional layout I can come up with as a viable option. We will plan another meeting to narrow down/merge the ideas until everything makes sense. 

    New Construction: We will see if there is anything in the existing plans that you will want/need to change as we dive further into the finished look to allow for the desired end result.

  • Once the plans are in place, I will create a shopping list and begin selecting products for your project, such as furniture, fixtures, materials, and more, based on your unique style and goals. I will outline the scope of the project, keeping your goals and budget at top-of-mind.

  • I will provide a complete finish schedule and color-coded drawings/layouts for every person involved in the project. That way, everyone is on the same page.  Item description
