Project Details and Objective
These clients, empty nesters nearing retirement, were hoping to update their home, making it more enjoyable for their growing family. They desired a more open kitchen, living, and dining room space, and a new laundry room on the main level of the home. By closing in the screened-in porch and turning it into a laundry room, wet bar, and sitting area, we were able to relocate the master bedroom door and expand the kitchen space, achieving all of the client's goals for the project.

Conducted initial client meeting to better understand client goals and determine next steps
Selected and ordered materials, fixtures, and finishes, while clients chose appliances
Created a detailed finish schedule, floor plan, furniture, lighting, electrical, and cabinetry layouts
Helped facilitate demo when everything arrived
Regularly visited and communicated with clients and contractors throughout
Drew additional elevations to provide a visual aid for clients
