MISSISSIPPI MUTTS

Project:

Exterior of the once Future Fitness, now Mississippi Mutts and space available for lease in the Central Business District in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Inspiration:

A colorful and sophisticated energy-filled loft style with modern windows, doors and light fixtures.

The Client:

Entrepreneurs and business partners, Jason Coalter (The Printing Co.) and Dustin Richardson, whom both are owners of Centurion Development.

What We Love:

•    The windows and doors that were once wood are now aluminum improving the look of the building dramatically.

•   The colors that were selected to paint the exterior of the brick building help to emphasize that there are two separate spaces and the colors are very inviting.

• The fact that the building has been renovated instead of being vacant is a huge plus. Jason and Dustin can now lease both businesses on the main floor and rent out the apartments on the second floor as well.
