First State Community Bank in DeSoto, MO - REMODEL

I helped the Perryville FSCB branch remodel their facility last year; and it was a huge success. I've heard spirits and productivity have increased since the remodel.

Members from the DeSoto branch saw how I was able to transform the dated Perry County location and wanted my expertise.

In November of last year I visited the DeSoto FSCB branch for the first time to start the process. Now, four months later, the finishes have been selected and the final bids are being submitted. Once all bids have been approved and the materials have been ordered and delivered; demo can begin.

Phillidelphia Main Street- Broadloom (honey comb pattern) and tile carpet. Sherwin Williams- Paint (Quartersawn Oak, Analytical and Folklore). Johnsonite- Rubber base. Cambria- Teller countertops. Wilsonart- Cabinetry and countertops.

Broussard's New Location -Open

Things seem to be going very well for Hunter and Steph Clark at their new Broussards location. Business has increased and it turns out if you don't have a smoking section... They will still come. The atmosphere is great! Little things to look at here and there. Make sure you visit the restrooms on the main AND second floor.

STIHL-Crader Distributing Co.

I've been working with the design/construction team over the past several months to help with the interior and exterior design elements for the Crader Distributing Co. addition on to their existing building. This addition will include a warehouse, training facility, more office space and a museum. Construction is really moving along; the concrete floors have been sanded and are now ready for dye. I currently am working on the details for custom shelving for the STIHL museum.

Broussards - Moving Soon

Downtown Cape Girardeau's very own Broussards, known for its Cajun cuisine, will be moving very soon to their new location 114 North Main Street. Don't worry, it's literally three doors down on the same side of the street. Same great owners, menu, staff and casual bayou feel, but adding small amounts of the eclectic side of the French Quarter. I do not know the specific opening or grand opening date, but will try to keep everyone posted. If I had to guess, I'd say mid-end of next week.

So, if you're interested in seeing some of my work, please swing by Broussards in the near future for lunch or dinner, perhaps even just a drink at the bar. If you don't like Cajun, you're in luck. I love their sirloin, cheeseburgers, french dips and chicken strips. Oh FYI, if you get a baked potato- get it loaded and if you love bread pudding- ask for extra spoons...cause you're gonna need them!
